ORDERING PROCESS
The Spirit of Aladeen ensures a seamless and refined experience for acquiring our creations. All items, including standard pieces, require a careful individual approach: standard items are prepared within up to 2 weeks, while customized commissions take between 2 and 8 weeks, depending on complexity.
To order standard items, simply visit the ALADEEN STATUE SHOP and proceed directly to WISE payment.
Clients may select from our curated stock imagery or commission a personalized poster. For boutique or customized orders, please contact our concierge team directly.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Once your order is prepared, all items are shipped to you via tracked standard delivery to any location on the planet, and this service is included in the listed price.
Standard items typically ship within up to 2 weeks of ordering, while customized creations are shipped after their 2 to 8 week production period.
If you prefer courier delivery, you may choose your own shipment at your own cost, or we can assist in finding the best solution for you. Your shipping address must be provided during the order process via email.
Please note that any customs duties or local taxes, if applicable in your region, are the responsibility of the recipient.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
All products featured on our website - including statues, posters, and other creations - are presented exactly as they are. We kindly encourage you to consider your selection carefully, as we do not offer a returns or refund policy.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All Boutique orders are documented, and we provide images and videos of your items prior to shipment to ensure full transparency and satisfaction.
Please note that changing your mind after placing an order does not constitute grounds for a return or refund. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for respecting the boutique nature of our sales.
